THE INSIDE TIPS

We want to offer our users a chance to share their own “Inside Tips” with other users by contributing to our website. By submitting a Tip to us, you agree to all the terms and policies on our website as well as these terms. All personal information you provide to us when submitting a Tip is subject to our Privacy Policy, located at https://www.theinsidetips.com/the-inside-tips-privacy-policy.

Each Tip should be less than 500 words. Please refer to the Tips on Writing Successful Tips for guidance when drafting (see https://www.theinsidetips.com/faq-on-sharing-a-tip/).

By submitting a Tip, you hereby grant to us the non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publicly perform, stream, modify, display and disseminate the Tip in perpetuity through any medium, now known or hereafter devised.

By submitting a Tip, you represent and warrant that:

• The Tip is your original work and not copied from anyone else. Of course, ideas themselves are not protected, but the way those ideas are expressed can be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Therefore, you must not copy your Tip from anyone else.
• The Tip is solely owned by you, and no other person has an ownership interest in it. If you created the Tip with another person or persons, all creators should be identified, and consent must be obtained from all of them for the usage as described herein.
• The Tip does not violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, contract, and/or publicity or privacy rights, of any other person or entity.

You shall not directly or indirectly include any trademark, logo, or intellectual property in your Tip that you don’t own; screenshots of applications are acceptable. If someone other than you has taken, captured or created the content contained within the Tip, you must have prior written permission from such person to submit such content as part of the Tip, and you must be able to obtain a signed release from the such person and provide such release to us if we choose to feature your Tip.

We have no obligation to use any Tips in any manner, and we make no guarantees that your Tip will be chosen to be featured on our website or elsewhere. You acknowledge that we may receive the same or similar Tips from other users, and we shall have no liability if we choose one of the other Tips instead of yours.

If we select your Tip, we will use your name and website as the supplier of the Tip unless you have asked us not to do so. We will not include any other identifying information from you. Our failure to provide you with attribution for the Tip shall not be a breach of any of our obligations to you.

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify these terms, or any part hereof, or cancel the user submission of Inside Tips. We may also remove any Tips at our sole discretion.
